A client has submitted a thick, high-density perforated metal sheet for processing. Due to the dense perforation pattern, the material exhibits significant springback, presenting a considerabhallenge for leveling. Our team has meticulously calibrated the machinery to accommodate this high-difficulty material. Once fed into the equipment, the sheet undergoes fully automated leveling without requiring any manual ntervention. Post-leveling, the precision was verified using a 0.09mm feeler gauge, with results confirming perfect compliance with the specified tolerance. The leveled perforated sheet exceptional flatness, with no residual springback or deformation, fully satisfying the requirements for high-precision manufacturing.
