A customer sent a 6.5mm thick Series 6 aluminum plate for the tooling industry, requiring that the surface have no scratches or indentations afer leveling. We wrapped the plate in kraft paper during leveling, providing full protection throughout the process to prevent surface damage that could affect the precision of the finished tooling product. Afer wrapping, the plate was fed directly into the leveling machine and leveled with a single button press. Post-leveling, we checked the flatness at every point using a feeleuge; the fit was perfect with no indentations, fully meeting the high-precision requirements of the tooling industry.
