CNC four-fold precision straightening machine is designed for products with high requirements for flatness.By eliminating internal stress, the flatness of parts can be restored and improved, with an accuracy of up to the micrometer level, providing qualified parts for the next step such as bending/welding.The bar type plate straightener is designed to use a large number of straightening rolls arranged in dense groups with very small spacing between them. The material is passed the upper and lower rows of staggeredly arranged straightening rolls, which repeatedly bend the material until it approaches zero value, eventually straightening it.
